Elephant is a Windows based PC product and we can install it for clients on a stand alone PC, on a LAN (Local Area Network),or a WAN (Wide Area Network). All out going telephone calls are logged and can be presented in a wide variety of reports. 

The thing we like about it is that its so very easy to use! For us this means lots of happy customers and it is surprisingly inexpensive.       

Telephone Fraud is a fact of business life but with a Elephant call management system it is possible to raise an alarm when the telephone system is hacked into after hours.
